The 7mm high and 5mm wide piece of jewelry now not only fits well in a conch piercing, but also finds space in a helix piercing depending on the anatomy. The real white opal (AAA) is 3mm high and 2mm wide and shimmers like only real opals can shimmer.

Internally threaded attachments require a suitable backing. The attachment is the front piece and depending on the piercing area where you want to wear the attachment, you still need a matching back. These are usually labret studs with an internal thread. If you don't have a matching back yet, don't forget to order it as well.
